San Diego Film Commission The Film Commission is staffed by wonderfully friendly people who work really hard to make your shooting experience all it can be. There are no permit fees for shooting in San Diego and the Commission has set up a great hotel discount program.
San Diego Filmmakers Network with local filmmakers and make the connections for success in San Diego. A full hour of networking is followed by a presentation on topics relevant to the art and business of film making. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday evening every month and are attended by 80 to 100 people. Sign up for email meeting announcements at SDFilmmakers.org
San Diego chapter of the MCA-I The monthly meetings of the local MCA-i chapter is a great place to meet professionals in the film and video business. The MCA-i is also a great resource to find qualified professionals who can get the job done. You can also join the MCA-i and become a part of this terrific organization.
